These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Big Break Travel's Website (bigbreaktravel.com).

We reserve the right to request the removal of all or any particular link to our website at any time and at our sole discretion. By continuing to link to our website, you agree to be bound by and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You have 30 days to cancel your purchase and receive a 100% refund. Cancellation requests must be made by mailing a written request to 3950 S US HWY 1792 # 2056 Casselberry, Fl 32707 within 30 days of purchase. The request must be received in our office on the 30th day after the reservation date. We recommend sending the letter via Certified or Overnight Mail to ensure delivery. You may cancel at any time if the accommodations or facilities are unavailable pursuant to a request for use, provided certain statutory terms and conditions are met.

Cancellations Due to COVID-19

You have 14 days from your travel date to reschedule without penalty or change fees. Requests can be made by calling our reservations department at 1-888-874-4883 at least 14 days prior to your travel date. We recommend sending the letter via Certified or Overnight Mail to ensure delivery. *Some restrictions apply.

Presentation

ATTENDANCE AT A RESORT TOUR AND PRESENTATION, LASTING UP TO 120 MINUTES, IS REQUIRED. If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together. Children under 12 years of age must be entrusted to a child play area, where applicable. Guests may not be under the influence of alcohol during the tour. Failure to attend the sales presentation or meet any of these terms and conditions will result in a charge for the retail value of the accommodation. The confirmation letter, your driver's license or other federally recognized photo ID, and a major credit card (debit cards are not accepted) must be presented at check-in. Married couples and couples living in the same household must have matching addresses on their driver's licenses or other forms of identification.

Offer

A valid credit card and photo ID will be required at check-in (debit cards are not accepted). This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. Holiday charges are additional. Black-out dates and mandatory check-in days may apply. Airfare, transportation, additional expenses, and applicable taxes are not included with this offer. A deposit or a hold on your credit card may be required at check-in for incidental purposes. All hotels require a minimum of 14 days' advance notice for check-in. Resort fees are subject to change. No pets are allowed. Child care services may not be provided at all locations; inquire at the time of activating your package.

After scheduling room reservations, a written confirmation will be sent. Reschedule requests are subject to availability and a $50 change fee. Reschedule requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date, or the purchaser will forfeit the package and will not receive a refund. If no availability exists for a reschedule request, the purchaser has until the offer expiration date to reschedule. This offer is subject to availability, subject to change without notice, and void where prohibited. Names and addresses acquired will be used to solicit the sale of timeshare interests.

This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation to buy to residents in jurisdictions where registration requirements have not been fulfilled. Your eligibility and available resorts for purchase will depend on the state of residency of the purchaser.
